This cozy cottage is perfect for 2-4 people and is conveniently located on the Toulouse/Andorra axis. It boasts a beautiful interior with high-quality furnishings and decor.Situated on the ground floor of a detached house, this 50 m2 apartment features a spacious double bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed that can be converted into two twin beds if needed. The living room is bright and airy thanks to a large bay window and offers a brand new sofa that can also be converted into a bed for additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and the bathroom features a double sink and a modern walk-in shower.
Guests will have access to a lovely garden and terrace with a barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining. There is also a parking space available for your convenience. Other amenities include a TV, wifi, electricity, and all necessary linens for the bedroom and bathroom. Additionally, there is a designated space for bicycles or skis.
On-site, guests can take advantage of a gym (reservation required) and indulge in rejuvenating wellness massages.
The surrounding area offers a variety of activities such as horseback riding trails, a climbing rock, and canoeing on the Ariege River. For ultimate relaxation, the Spa d'Ornolac-Ussat-les-Bains is just a short distance away.
Rates for the high season are 450 per week, while the rest of the year the cottage can be rented for 400 for weekends or 140 per night. For those seeking a longer stay, special rates are available for curists (spa guests) at 1050 for 3 weeks. Outside of holiday periods, the cottage can be rented for 140 for 2 nights or 200 for 3 nights.

Très bel endroit pour se ressourcer . Propriétaires très sympathiques et gîte confortable.
Beau, confo et sympathique
J'ai eu le plaisir d'être la première à utiliser ce gîte. Tout est neuf, propre et très joliment décoré. Cuisine bien équipée et lits très confortables.
Les hôtes ont été super agréables et m'ont indiqué plusieurs attraits de la région. Plusieurs activités à faire tout près.

Directions
Take RN 20 heading towards Andorra and drive past Tarascon on Ariège. Keep following RN 20 for 3 km until you reach the Ornolac-Ussat panels baths. At this point, make a left turn and cross the bridge over the Ariege river. Once you reach the end of the road, take a right onto the street that leads to the thermal baths. Drive for 600 m and you will have arrived, with the thermal baths located on your left.
