The traditional wooden shutters, inspired by Ambert papermaking architecture, create a delightful interplay of light, setting a serene atmosphere.Situated in the quaint hamlet of Nouara, just 6 km away from Ambert's town center in Auvergne, the Gîte des Vernières du Moulin de Nouara is an ideal accommodation for a group of 4 people. 'Le Moulin de Nouara is situated approximately 1 hour away from Thiers, 1 hour and 10 minutes from Puy-en-Velay, 1 hour and 20 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand and Saint-Etienne, 2 hours from Lyon, and 5 hours from Paris by car.
If arriving from Ambert, take the D57 road towards Valeyre at the Ambert exit. Upon reaching Valeyre, continue on the D67 road towards Valcivières.
Alternatively, if arriving from the Col des Pradeaux, after passing Ecole 1900, turn right onto the D57 road towards Valeyre. Once in Valeyre, take a right onto the D67 road towards Valcivières.
Parking options include a car park with approximately fifty spaces, a private car park with around ten spaces exclusively for residents, and two charging stations for electric cars.
For those with PRM (People with Reduced Mobility) accessibility needs, there is PRM parking available. An elevator provides access to the reception rooms, auditorium, and guest rooms. Additionally, there is one guest room specifically designed for disabled individuals, as well as a bedroom and bathrooms with disabled-friendly features in the Ru de Gourre gite.'
