Welcome to LA LANDAISE Rooms and table dhôte at a locals home in Laluque, situated in the heart of the Landes region. Just 30 minutes away from the ocean and lakes, our homestay offers two furnished rooms for up to 4 people. The spacious house spans over 200 m² and features a fenced garden of approximately 2,000 m² with a private swimming pool. Located in the heart of the village, the rooms offer a picturesque view of the garden and are approximately 12 m² each. Each room comes with a mezzanine of 60 m², which includes a reading room, library, desk, wardrobe, and shelves. The shared bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and WC for the convenience of both bedrooms. The rooms are furnished with a comfortable 140 cm double bed, shelves, duvet, and pillows. Linen is provided, and there is an additional bed on the mezzanine if needed. We also offer a travel cot for families with infants.

While the kitchen is not available for guests' use, your host will gladly serve you a delicious breakfast. In the evenings, table dhôtes are available upon reservation for an additional charge. There is shaded parking available within the enclosed garden. The beach bus stop is conveniently located just 300 meters away during the summer season. The nearest ocean beach, Vielle Saint-Girons Plage, is 34 km away, while Castets and the A63 motorway are 13 km away. The thermal baths in Dax and Saint Paul-lès-Dax are also within easy reach, just 18 km away.

In addition to the comfortable accommodations, we offer various amenities such as WIFI and a library with French and German books. Please note that there is no television provided, so feel free to bring your own computer. Our breakfast menu includes bread, butter, homemade jam (available in a variety of flavors), fruit, orange juice, and a choice of tea, coffee, or milk chocolate. Breakfast is served from dawn until 11 a.m.

Check-in time is from 5 p.m. onwards, and check-out time is at 11 a.m.

Our pricing for 2023 is as follows:
- Low season: 60,- per night for a double room with breakfast included. The bathroom and WC are shared, and daily cleaning is provided.
- May/June/September/October: 70,- per night for a double room with breakfast included.
- July/August + end of year: 85,- per night for a double room with breakfast included. Please note that during this period, weekly rentals are available with a minimum of 7 nights (arrivals on Fridays). The total cost for the week would be 595,-
A deposit of 30% is required upon reservation, and payment can be made via transfers or cash. Unfortunately, pets are not accepted.

Please keep in mind that the villa is heated between 16°C and 18°C during the winter period, so we recommend bringing warm clothing.

For directions to LA LANDAISE, take Laluque village and head towards the town hall. Opposite the town hall, turn left onto rue des Marronniers. Our house is located directly across from the water tower at 40 rue des Marronniers. If your GPS has trouble finding us, simply input "chestnut trees" with a single 'n'. Parking is available in the garden to the right after entering through the open gate.
