It offers a total of 4 bedrooms, including 3 double bedrooms with high-quality bedding (2 with Queen size beds measuring 160 x 200, and 1 with 2 beds measuring 100 x 200), as well as a family bedroom named after Aliénor dAquitaine. The family room features a Queen size bed measuring 160 x 200 and a double sofa bed measuring 140 x 190. The kitchen is spacious and opens onto a covered terrace with a view of the park. The gîte spans 183 m2, while the park covers an area of 31,000 m2.

Guests can enjoy a large swimming pool (12 mx 6 m) situated on a hill, offering breathtaking views of the Chalosse region. The pool is heated from April to October and has a pool house equipped with a shower, washbasin, toilets, and various aquatic games for children. The cottage is equipped with modern amenities, including Wifi Adsl 2, Canalsat, DVD player, Blue Ray, DVD library, board games, and games for children. All appliances are new, including a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and TV.

In addition to the gîte, there is an animal park that will delight the whole family. The property is conveniently located just 1500 m from the Adour river, offering numerous forest walks. It is also only 10 minutes away from Tartas, a charming medieval town known for its equestrian activities and canoeing opportunities on the river. Tartas also offers a range of supermarkets for convenience. Dax, a Roman town famous for its thermal waters, is a 15-minute drive away, and the Basque Country, Béarn, Pyrénées, and the beaches of the Côte d'Argent (such as Hossegor) are all within a 30-minute drive. These coastal areas provide opportunities for surfing and other water activities.

The prices for the gîte include end-of-stay cleaning, rental of all linens, baby beds and high chairs, bicycle rental, fishing equipment rental, and various games such as table football and ping-pong. Water polo equipment and petanque are also available. Dogs are welcome at no additional charge. Babysitting services, as well as gastronomy and excursion services throughout the Basco-Landaise region, can be arranged on-site.
