All of our rooms feature a private shower-room and a separate toilet. They are also equipped with a TV and DVD player (with a selection of DVDs available for loan), a mini refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer, fan, and WiFi access. Our inclusive breakfast consists of hot drinks, croissants and similar pastries, homemade cake, fruit juice, various breads, and homemade jams. In the evening, guests have the opportunity to dine with the owners at the table d'hôte, enjoying convivial exchanges over dishes prepared with organic products and fresh ingredients. Located on the uppermost floor of the charming "Au Coeur de Rennes" house, this spacious and luminous apartment spans 60m2 and comfortably accommodates up to six guests. It is fully equipped and designed for an independent stay.The apartment features two bedrooms, one furnished with a 140cm bed and the other with either two 80cm beds or a double 160cm bed. The open-plan American kitchen seamlessly connects to the large living room, which includes a sofa that can be used as additional sleeping space for one adult or two children. The apartment also includes a television for your entertainment.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the garden, perfect for relaxation, and make use of the barbecue facilities for outdoor cooking.
