Description for B&B:
LEnvolée, previously known as "Nostalgie," is a charming bed and breakfast that has recently been taken over by Michèle Steenhuyse. This beautiful stone house is located at the entrance of Belvianes et Cavirac, a small village in Aude. Situated between the Mediterranean and the mountains and conveniently positioned between Perpignan (70kms) and Carcassonne (50kms), this village offers breathtaking scenery and is nestled at the foot of the Pyrenees on the road to the Cathar castles.Michèle, an experienced professional in international tourism and the hotel industry, infuses the guesthouse with a warm and cheerful atmosphere. Fluent in six languages, she is ready to warmly welcome you and ensure a delightful stay. Each morning, a traditional breakfast is served, with daily variations.
At "LEnvolée," there is no table d'hôtes available, except upon special request. However, Michèle will gladly recommend nearby restaurants for your dining pleasure. The guestrooms, with romantic views of the mountains and the village, provide a peaceful and comfortable sleep. Additionally, there is a terrace with a barbecue and a sunken garden for guests to enjoy. The lounge area is also available for relaxation and offers satellite TV with channels in your preferred language.
The spacious and bright bedrooms, named Colombe, Mésange, LOrientale (formerly from Nostalgie), and Colibri, are available in single, double, and triple occupancy. Each room is equipped with a shower room and toilet. For families, there is also a large family room. Upstairs, in the hallway, guests have access to a "kitchenette" with a fridge, microwave, hob, and kettle, providing the convenience of a small snack or beverage.
