On the first floor, you will find three unique guest rooms, each offering a distinct atmosphere. Every room is tastefully decorated and features a spacious Queen Size bed (160×200), luxurious bedding, a stylish bathroom, and private toilets. For your comfort, all rooms are equipped with a reversible air conditioning system and a flat screen TV with TNT.

The Bamboo bedroom, located upstairs in the owners' house, offers approximately 35 m2 of space. It boasts a large Queen Size bed and an integrated shower room with toilet. From this room, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside, as well as the lush wooded park and its inviting swimming pool.

The Terracotta bedroom, also located upstairs in the owners' house, spans approximately 25 m2. It features a comfortable Queen Size bed and a private, independent bathroom measuring about 12 m2. This room offers a stunning view of the serene wooded park and its refreshing swimming pool.

The Océane Suite, situated on the first floor of the owners' house, offers approximately 37 m2 of spaciousness. Ideal for 2 or 4 people, it provides a large Queen Size bed (160×200) and two twin beds measuring 80x200. Upon request, the two twin beds can be transformed into a large Queen Size bed (160×200). This suite offers a delightful view of the garden.

Description of the Cottage for 4 People, 65 m2

Situated on the ground floor is a spacious living/dining room furnished with two comfortable sofas and a large flat screen television. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances including an oven, induction hob, microwave, and dishwasher. Additionally, there is a bathroom with water facilities, an independent WC, and a washing machine.

On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a 140x200 bed, while the second bedroom offers two 80x200 beds that can be combined into a 160x200 bed. Both rooms are equipped with a reversible air conditioning system to ensure a comfortable stay.

Outside, the cottage provides a private terrace furnished with garden furniture, an electric plancha, and private parking. Guests can also enjoy a complimentary WIFI connection during their stay.
