"The Barn" is a charming and cozy independent house located between Reims (23 km) and Châlons en Champagne (29 km), perfect for accommodating 2 to 4 people. Situated in our picturesque agricultural and wine region, it offers a peaceful retreat with the added convenience of English and German-speaking hosts. Immerse yourself in the rich history and stunning landscapes of this area, which is brimming with historical monuments.Within the village, you can also enjoy the Natural Park, a fantastic leisure park that is perfect for family outings. And during the month of December, don't miss the House of Santa Claus for a truly magical experience.
The house itself features a front terrace, back garden, and secure parking. On the ground floor, you'll find a comfortable lounge/dining room with a sofa bed, an open kitchen area, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there is a charming bedroom with a double bed (140), as well as a shower and a separate shower room.
If you're traveling with a baby or toddler, we can provide a bed for them. Linen and sheets are included, and we offer a cleaning service upon request for an additional 20 euros. From October to May, heating is available for 5 euros per night. And of course, we provide free WIFI for your convenience.

Sept-Saulx is situated near the village of "Les petites loges" between Rheims and Châlons-en-Champagne. Upon reaching Sept-Saulx, turn right after passing "le Cheval Blanc". Continue past the town hall and you will find us on "rue du général de gaulle".
