No8 Chambres d'Hôte is a bed and breakfast establishment with four bedrooms, accommodating a maximum of nine guests.In the main house, there are two double bedrooms, each featuring a private en suite modern bathroom.
The first bedroom can accommodate 2 or 3 persons, with a double bed and an adjoining single bedroom with a single bed. The en suite bathroom is included in the price, which is as follows: For 1 or 2 persons, the rate is 80 per night, inclusive of breakfast. For 3 persons, the rate is 90 per night, inclusive of breakfast.
The second bedroom in the main house has a double bed and a spacious modern en suite bathroom. The price per night, inclusive of breakfast, for 1 or 2 persons is 80.
The annex to the main house consists of two double bedrooms.
The third bedroom has a double bed and a modern compact en suite with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The price per night, inclusive of breakfast, for 1 or 2 persons is 70.
The fourth bedroom has two single beds and a modern compact en suite with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The price per night, inclusive of breakfast, for 1 or 2 persons is 70.
Please note that the bedrooms in the annex are only available from March to November.
All bedroom prices include breakfast and a Taxe de Séjour of 0.75 per person, per night.

There are various activities and places to visit nearby, including Reims Cathedral, Palais du Tau, Panétarium, Musée Automobile, La Fort de la Pompelle, Faux de Verzy, Musée Les de la Vigne-Phare de Verzeny, Moulin de Verzeny, and Pac Nature de Sept Saulx. Guests can also enjoy hot air balloon flights over the champagne vineyards, fishing, canoe-kayak, and boat and bike hire. Other nearby attractions include Epernay, Chalon En Champagne, Troy, and Lac de Der.
For guests looking to explore beyond the region, the new Gare / station TGV is just a 10-minute drive away, offering convenient day trips to Paris in 45 minutes. Euro Disney Park is also easily accessible within a 50-minute drive via the motorway.

Perfect, to recommend
Very nice place! Friendly host giving great advice. The breakfast was very good and fresh. The rooms are spatious, comfortable and very clean.
Great stay
Stayed 3 nights at Andy's place. Extremely clean room with large bathroom. Parking was convenient. Filing breakfast with great coffee. Andy was very helpful with ideas for places to see in the Champagne region

Directions
If you are coming from Reims, you will need to take the A4 / E17 / E46 / E50 towards Metz / Nancy / Châlon-en-Champagne. Take EXIT 26, which is signposted as CORMONTREUIL. At the first roundabout, take the second exit and continue towards ZONE DACTIVITÉS/ CENTERE COMMERCAIL. Keep going straight and at the second roundabout (with Cora on your left), take the third exit. At the next roundabout, take the second exit onto D9, which is signposted as Louvois & Ludes (you will see Top Office on your right).
Stay on D9 Louvois/Ludes for 7.6km. When you reach the crossroads on a slight incline, turn left onto D26 Mailly Champagne, Route de Touristique de la Champagne. Stay on this road as it takes you into the village. Once you enter the village, you will be on Rue de la Liberation. Number 8 is located 500 yards past Mailly Champagne House on the same side of the road.
Stay on D9 Louvois/Ludes for 7.6km. When you reach the crossroads on a slight incline, turn left onto D26 Mailly Champagne, Route de Touristique de la Champagne. Stay on this road as it takes you into the village. Once you enter the village, you will be on Rue de la Liberation. Number 8 is located 500 yards past Mailly Champagne House on the same side of the road.
