It comfortably accommodates 2 to 6 people and is conveniently located just 350m from the beach and 100m from local shops. The vibrant town of Royan, with its casino and thalasso, is only 3 km away.On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living room and dining area with a fireplace, a color TV, a Hi-Fi system, a DVD player, and a fixed telephone (reservation required). The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer, an oven, and a microwave. There is also a bedroom with a comfortable 160-sized bed, a separate toilet with a washbasin, a bathroom with a washbasin and a bathtub, and a utility room with a washing machine and a dryer.
Upstairs, there is a charming attic mezzanine that serves as a relaxation corner, complete with a sofa, an organ, a reading area, and a baby chair.
