Located in the peaceful countryside, this spacious 64 sqm² gîte is nestled within a vast property adorned with lush trees and vibrant flowers. Situated on the first floor of the owner's house, the gîte offers independent access via outside stairs, ensuring utmost privacy. Adjacent to two other gîtes, it presents a serene ambiance for relaxation.The gîte features a cozy lounge area, a generous kitchen, and two bedrooms. The first bedroom boasts a comfortable 160cm bed, while the second bedroom accommodates three beds measuring 90cm each. A small bathroom with a shower and toilet completes the accommodation.
Equipped with modern amenities, such as a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge with a deep freezer, color TV, DVD player, telephone, and WiFi, the gîte caters to all your needs. For added comfort, a fireplace provides a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Optional services include the rental of bed sheets (10€ per set) and towels (5€ per person), as well as cleaning after departure upon request (60€).
Outside, a delightful terrace spanning 13 sqm² awaits you, furnished with elegant teak furniture. Additionally, a shared pool measuring 13*6 meters, accompanied by garden furniture, a barbecue, an arbour, and an outdoor shower, offers refreshing leisure opportunities. It is important to note that there is an extra charge for heating.

Directions
To get to the destination, follow the directions for Porto Vecchio until you reach QUERCIOLO. When you reach the end of the village, take a left turn just in front of the Garage RENAULT. Drive for approximately 2.700 kilometers towards the sea until you see the signpost for Gite Rural. Then, make a right turn and continue for 200 meters. The house will be on your right.
