Nestled in a serene setting, this retreat is ideal for rejuvenating your spirit. Our vision was to craft five bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, featuring a "country chic" ambiance that exudes tranquility. We prioritized using the building's original materials from the late 18th century to maintain its authentic charm. To preserve the historical essence of this tower house, the ground floor has been transformed into a welcoming living area.

The stunning chestnut framework is beautifully showcased through open spaces and carefully selected lighting. Each room offers a unique experience with expansive views of the natural surroundings, designed to inspire moments of reflection.

The common areas are spacious and inviting, functioning as true communal living spaces. Guests can cook, dine, and unwind by the wood stove. These shared spaces are perfect for both social gatherings and quiet moments—whether lounging on the sofa, enjoying the fire, gazing out at the breathtaking views of the sea, mountains, and nature, or gathering around the communal table for a game. The Scontra embodies an invitation to savor joyful moments.

OUR INSPIRATION
With over two decades of experience organizing the Moita Cello Meetings, as residents of the charming village of Moita, we've established an eco-friendly accommodation known as "Albergo Diffuso." Our passion is to provide lodging that fosters connections with locals and celebrates Corsican culture in all its diversity.

This commitment to quality tourism development addresses two key objectives:
1. It strengthens a collective initiative among service providers who share common values (including pork butchers, beekeepers, a goat farmer, market gardeners, a mountain guide, and a sculptor), enhancing the ecotourism market positioning.
2. It supports a sustainable development project where tourism plays a central role and potentially generates new resources.

OFFERING AND MARKETING STRATEGY
Our goal is to offer you a distinctive, appealing, and comfortable stay while respecting and preserving the cultural, rural, and historical heritage. We aim to highlight the unique aspects of "Pieve di a Serra" in line with responsible and sustainable tourism principles.

Our accommodation includes:
- A main house, A SCONTRA
- 1 master suite (45 m²) with 2 bedrooms, a fireplace, toilet, and bathroom
- 4 independent bedrooms with toilets and bathrooms
- A meeting space of nearly 50 m² in the main house for breakfasts, two meals weekly, and facilitating interactions and exchanges
- 5 rooms in residents' homes (as per current census)

During peak season, rentals are weekly, while in the off-season, a minimum stay of three days is required.

A meal package, "Discovery of Corsican Gastronomy," includes two meals a week highlighting local producers and craftsmanship for 50€/meal/person (all-inclusive).
