Welcome to the Carpediem3 # -en-Champagne villa, hosted by Jade and John. We have the option to rent either the entire floor or the entire villa for your convenience.

Located in the urban area of TROYES, this charming Champagne villa with a wooden frame can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 10 travelers. It is conveniently situated near all the amenities of Saint Parres-aux-Tertres, including shops, restaurants, and bus stops.

On the first floor, you will find a bathroom, a separate WC, and three bedrooms. The Chantal Thomass room features a Simmons bed measuring 160 × 200. The Cabin room offers a Pirelli bed measuring 140 × 190, as well as an additional Dunlopilo bed measuring 90 × 190. The Room the Duo has two Dunlopillo beds measuring 90 × 190 that can be joined together. This room also has a private bathroom and private toilet. All the rooms are comfortable and come equipped with ample storage space. Additionally, we can provide a baby cot and high chair upon request.

The ground floor features a cathedral entrance, a separate WC, and a walk-in shower. There is also a small room on the ground floor, which is available for use by the 8th traveler and includes a Simmons kine mattress measuring 160 × 200.

The kitchen is equipped with high-tech appliances, including a NOVY hob and hob, a central island, and a granite worktop. You will find a range of appliances available for use, such as a NESPRESSO coffee maker, a DOLCE gusto machine, a crepe maker, a waffle maker, a blender, a raclette machine, a panini press, an induction hob, a 2 kg fryer (available upon request), a kettle, a teapot, and a toaster. The kitchen opens up to a living room with a fireplace, which then leads to a panoramic veranda.

Outside, the villa offers two garden tables, 15 chairs, and a WEBER professional barbecue. The enclosed plot of 1349 m2 provides ample space for relaxation and enjoyment.

One of the highlights of the villa is the covered swimming pool. This high-end installation measures 9 meters x 4 meters and includes a safety step. Additionally, there is a 100 m2 inflated pool enclosure called SKYDOME JESSICA, which allows for a unique experience of resting on the water overnight. You will have exclusive access to the swimming pool, and we will provide instructions on its operation and safety procedures. Air conditioning, a massage mattress, and a JACUZZI will be available as optional extras from 05 September onwards, subject to reservation and a small supplement.
