This delightful cottage is situated in a picturesque setting, surrounded by a vast garden adorned with beautiful flowers and trees, spanning an impressive 4000 m². For the little ones, there is a charming playground with a portico, as well as a shaded area for a game of boules.On the ground floor, a spacious covered terrace of 50 m² awaits, complete with a lovely garden and a large table for enjoying meals al fresco and hosting barbecues. As you enter the cottage, you will be greeted by a grand vestibule, leading to the dining room and a fully equipped open kitchen. The kitchen boasts modern amenities such as a dishwasher, microwave, oven, teapot and coffee maker, toaster, raclette, and blender.
The living room, with its impressive cathedral-style ceiling, is the perfect place to relax and unwind, equipped with a TV and DVD player. The ground floor also features a cozy bedroom with a comfortable 1.60 X 2 m bed, a bathroom with double washbasins and a walk-in shower, complete with complimentary toiletries. Additionally, a washing machine and dryer are available for your convenience, along with a separate toilet and washbasin.
To access the upper floor, a charming spiral staircase leads the way. Upstairs, you will find a delightful bedroom with a spacious 1.80 X 2 m bed, which can be separated if needed, as well as a crib for the little ones. There is also another bedroom with three beds measuring 0.90 m X 2 m. A bathroom and separate toilet complete the second floor, and a mezzanine overlooking the living room provides a cozy space with a small desk and a comfortable reclining chair.
Rest assured, all bedding and towels are provided, and the cottage is equipped with electric heating, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout the year. A cleaning deposit of 70 euros is required. Should you wish to explore the area on two wheels, bicycles are available upon request. Additionally, we provide a high chair, changing mat, wooden crib, and baby bath for your convenience. Our friendly staff are happy to provide advice and tourist information, and we offer exclusive privileges, granting you access to reduced rates at various tourist sites. As an added bonus, you have the opportunity to indulge in a wine tasting experience, featuring the finest wines from Touraine, courtesy of our esteemed winemaker friends.

From Paris: Take the A10 motorway to Blois, then follow the signs for Vierzon-Romorantin. After crossing the Loire, take a right turn towards Montrichard. Follow the directions to Loches/Faverolles sur Cher, and cross the Cher river. At the second roundabout, continue straight for 200m, then take a left towards St Aignan/St Julien de Chedon. Finally, take the first right and follow our signs.
From Vierzon: If you are coming from Vierzon, take the A85 and exit at Noyers-sur-Cher. From there, take the N76. Alternatively, you can take the D976 and exit at Angé/St Julien de Chédon, then follow the signs to St Julien.
From Tours: If you are coming from Tours, take the A85 and exit at Sublaines/Bléré. Then, follow the signs to Vierzon. Alternatively, you can take the D976 and exit at Montrichard/St Julien. At the roundabout, follow the signs to Loches. After 200m, take a left turn behind the CARREFOUR MARKET supermarket towards St Aignan/St Julien. Finally, take the first right and follow our arrows.
From Loches: If you are coming from Loches, head towards Montrichard. Just before the shopping center, take a right turn towards St Aignan/St Julien de Chedon. Then, take the first right and follow our signs.
