Located on the first floor of the manor, the Chenonceau Suite comprises two inviting rooms. The first room spans 18 square meters, faces south, and provides a delightful view of both the garden and the vineyard. The second room covers 15 square meters, faces west, and offers a charming view of the garden. These rooms share a bathroom equipped with a bath, shower, and a separate toilet. MONTRESOR COTTAGEThis charming cottage, located in an 18th century farmhouse, was renovated in 2002. It offers a comfortable stay for 8 to 10 people. The cottage is east, south, and west facing, allowing for ample natural light throughout the day.
The ground floor features a spacious 70sqm living room with a cozy fireplace, perfect for gathering with family and friends. The well-equipped kitchen, measuring 11.5sqm, provides everything you need for preparing meals. A convenient toilet is located in the entrance room.
Upstairs, you will find an 18sqm mezzanine and four bedrooms ranging from 9 to 13sqm. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds (90x200cm), one has a double bed (160x200cm), and the other has a smaller twin bed (80x200cm). There are also two toilets and two bathrooms, including a private one.
The bathrooms are complete with showers, baths, and double washbasins. Additionally, there is a separate shower room with a sink and toilet.
The cottage is equipped with a functional fireplace, perfect for cozy winter evenings. Other amenities include a baby chair, a baby bed (to be booked in advance), a sofa bed in the mezzanine, a TV, a DVD player, and internet connection.
Outside, you can enjoy the barbecue and relax on the terrace.
MONTPOUPON COTTAGE
Located in the same 18th century farmhouse as Montresor Cottage, Montpoupon Cottage offers a delightful stay for up to 6 people. This cottage is east and west facing, ensuring plenty of natural light.
The cottage features a 36sqm living room with a well-equipped kitchen corner. While the fireplace is non-functional, it adds to the cozy ambiance. There are three bedrooms, each measuring 11-13sqm, and a shower room with a toilet.
Access to the garden can be found at the rear of the cottage via a small staircase.
The bedrooms consist of one room with twin beds (90x200cm), one room with a double bed (160x200cm), and one room with a smaller twin bed (80x200cm).
The shower room includes a sink, shower, and toilet.
The cottage provides a baby bed (to be booked in advance), a TV, and internet connection. Outside, you can enjoy the barbecue and relax on the terrace.
