Description for Gite

La Clôture is a charming gîte located on the first floor, offering a comfortable and relaxing stay. The bedroom accommodates two guests and features a spacious double bed measuring 160x200cm, providing a restful night's sleep while enjoying picturesque views of the surrounding fields. The gîte also includes a private modern bathroom with all necessary amenities.

For your convenience, there is a small sitting area within the gîte where you can unwind and enjoy the view, whether it be catching up on the latest news or immersing yourself in a good book.

Situated below the gîte/studio is a fully-equipped summer kitchen, perfect for preparing your breakfast or a simple meal if desired. The kitchen offers a range of amenities including a fridge, dishwashers, a two-burner cooker, coffee maker, water boiler, toaster, and a small oven. Additionally, all necessary kitchen essentials such as pans, cutlery, dishes, and kitchen linens are provided.

You will have your own private entrance and terrace accessible through the double doors, allowing you to enjoy the tranquility and privacy of your surroundings.

The gîte is available for weekly stays, with rates starting at 385,00/420,00/448,00, and a minimum stay of 5 nights. If you prefer, we also offer a Bed & Breakfast option, with rates per night starting at 70,00/65,00/79,00 including breakfast, and a minimum stay of 2 nights.

Please note that smoking is not permitted within our home, but you are welcome to smoke outside in designated areas.

Directions

To reach the destination, follow the road directions for Rennes-Josselin-Pontivy, N764, for a distance of 800 meters. Then, continue on the D778 for 2.5 kilometers in the direction of Loudéac, Les Forges, and Lanouée. Look for a small road on your right that leads to "La Florida." Immediately after turning, take a left onto a dead-end road, which leads to the house called "La Clôture." This is the first house you will encounter.

If you are using GPS, follow the instructions for La Bagatelle, Lanouée. After passing La Florida, you will reach the end of a country road where a sign for La Clôture will be on your right. The coordinates for the location are latitude: 47.98024159 and longitude: -2.58971572.
