We offer a comfortable double room with a private bathroom and toilet. The room includes a continental breakfast for two people and complimentary tea and coffee making facilities. If you are traveling with a child under the age of 5, we can provide a child's bed upon request (price available upon request). Additionally, a cot is also available. You will have independent access to the room, allowing you to come and go as you please. Enjoy your favorite shows on Sky television and stay connected with free WiFi.Please note that we also have a twin bedded room on the same floor. This room is only available to friends or members of the same family, such as children or parents.
Located in Josselin, at the heart of Brittany, our accommodation is situated in a medieval market town. Enjoy the picturesque view of the turreted chateau overlooking the Nantes-Brest canal. Don't miss the beautiful stained glass windows dating back to the 15th and 16th centuries at the basilica Notre Dame du Roncier.

Une chambre cocooning
Très belle chambre, très propre et décorée avec goût, tout y est salle deau et wc privatifs, endroit très calme à deux pas du canal. Petit déjeuner copieux, ann est aux petits soins.
Very Nice B&B
We stayed at Maison de l'Oiseau for 2 nights. The rooms were nice and clean, the bed comfortable, good shower and a good selection for the continental breakfast. In addition our room had a fridge and some nice French period features. The location is perfect and Ann and Brian are really friendly and helpful.

Que du bonheur durant notre séjour des 25 et 26 juillet 2014, l'accueil et la gentillesse d'Ann et Brian, la chambre, le confort, l'emplacement au calme et près du canal. le petit déjeuner dans le jardin, nous n'aurons plus à chercher la prochaine fois, nous y retournerons avec un vrai plaisir. Chambre d'hôtes "la maison de l'oiseau"
Très très agréable. Chambre magnifique au charme anglais inévitable. Magnifique salle de bains. L'entrée indépendante est aussi un plus non négligeable. Sans oublier le petit déjeuner servi sur un plateau roulant, dans la chambre : un vrai bonheur. IL faut dire qu'il gelait ce matin-là, la terrasse n'était pas accessible ! A recommander sans aucun problème

If you are coming from the East or the South, make your way to Ploermel and take the RN24 towards Lorient. After approximately 10km, keep an eye out for the Josselin est junction. Take this exit and continue towards the Centre de Ville. As you descend the hill, you will notice that the old town's narrow streets are lined with houses very close to the roadside. Proceed through the shops on either side and continue downhill. On your right, there will be a bakery and across the street, you will see a restaurant called La Sarazine. At this point, make a sharp left turn onto the canal road. Ahead, you will see the Chateau. Slow down and enjoy the view. On the right, there is a bridge over the canal, and on the bank, you will find a large hotel called Le Hotel du Chateau. Take the first right turn, as if you were entering the hotel car park, but continue past it. After 100m, you will find black gates on your right. This is Maison Oiseau, also known as The Bird House.
