Description for Gite
Located in the southern region of the picturesque Loire Valley, a mere two hours away from Paris, lies an enchanting 18th-century cottage that has been lovingly restored and transformed into three cozy holiday homes, capable of accommodating groups ranging from 6 to 30 guests. The contemporary and luminous spaces of Pamoja Liptrap can comfortably host up to 10 individuals, while the more traditional and charming Pamoja Touraine was designed with a capacity of 2 to 6 people in mind. Our brand new addition, Pamoja Cooma, is the perfect retreat for a group of 8 to 14 guests.
Strategically situated in an ideal location, our holiday homes offer a serene ambiance near the tranquil waters of Lake Chemillé sur Indrois. Moreover, they are conveniently positioned in front of the medieval Saint Vincent church and are in close proximity to the renowned castles of the Loire Valley, as well as numerous vineyards. Additionally, our location offers easy access to various attractions, such as being just a two-hour drive from Paris, an hour and a half from Poitiers' Futuroscope, and three hours from Disneyland Paris, the seaside, or ski resorts.
Our holiday homes boast generous spaces, with three separate dwellings that can be combined to accommodate larger groups, making them an ideal choice for vacations with friends or family. These homes were thoughtfully designed by architects and a designer, ensuring a seamless blend of comfort and style. Furthermore, Pamoja Liptrap is wheelchair accessible, ensuring inclusivity for all guests.
A delightful 300-meter stroll along the lakeshore will lead you to a beach, playground, boat rental, restaurant, mini-golf, and fishing opportunities. Additionally, we provide a convenient "get together" room suitable for meals, seminars, and other gatherings.
Our holiday homes are not only beautiful but also well-equipped, offering modern amenities and practical features. We provide baby gear, such as high chairs and baby baths, as well as games, toys, and books to keep our youngest guests entertained. Moreover, a baby-grand piano, Wi-Fi internet connection, barbecue facilities, and outdoor furniture are available for your convenience. For those seeking recreational activities, we offer tennis rackets, fishing rods, a pétanque game, a canoe, and two bicycles available for rental. Additionally, we are pleased to arrange meals, cooking lessons, wine tastings, babysitting services, and guided tours upon request.
Pamoja is the realization of our dream home, meticulously designed to offer an idyllic setting, spacious gardens, practical amenities, comfortable furnishings, and a warm ambiance. We are committed to promoting a sustainable lifestyle, incorporating wheelchair accessibility, rainwater harvesting, local raw materials, and energy-efficient Class A or A+ electrical appliances and lighting fixtures.
Architects, designers, and skilled craftsmen have collaborated to breathe new life into this beautiful haven, where tranquility, comfort, design, and respect for others and nature harmoniously coexist.
