This charming small house is available for rent at the foot of the scenic hills of the Montlouis sur Loire vineyards and the Castle Road. The ground floor features a spacious living room of 30 m² and a convenient toilet. Upstairs, you will find a comfortable master bedroom measuring 11 m², a duplex bedroom with a double bed, and two single beds in a mezzanine area. There is also a bathroom with a toilet on this floor.The main room of the house includes a fully-equipped kitchen with amenities such as a washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave. There is a cozy sitting area with a sofa and a TV for your relaxation. Additionally, a lovely terrace on the side of the house allows you to enjoy outdoor dining with the availability of garden furniture.
If you are traveling with a baby, we can provide a cot and high chair upon request. The house is ideally situated just 15 km away from popular attractions such as Chenonceau, Amboise, and Tours. For nature enthusiasts, the house is conveniently located just 100 m away from access to the Loire by bike. There is also a cooperative cellar and gourmet restaurant just 150 m away, perfect for indulging in local delicacies. Shops, restaurants, and supermarkets are easily accessible within a 5 km radius. Additionally, the Mini-Chateaux and Touraine Aquarium are just a short 10-minute drive away. For those looking for more adventure, the Beauval Zoo and Futuroscope are within a 1-hour drive.
The house is easily accessible via the A10 motorway and a TGV station located just 9 km away.
We offer optional services for your convenience, such as bed linen rental for 10€ for the beds and 6€ for single beds (please specify when booking). Towels are available for 5€ per person, which includes one bath towel, one towel, and one washcloth. Additionally, we provide a package for end-of-stay cleaning for 40€.
Weekend rentals are also possible, with a rate of 100€ for 2 days and 150€ for 3 days.
Our booking terms require a 30% deposit upon reservation, with the balance to be paid upon arrival. There is also a tax surcharge of 0.50€ per person per day. We regret to inform you that pets are not allowed on the premises.

To reach your destination, you can take either the A10 motorway or the train. If you choose the motorway, take the exit for A10 or A85, and it will take approximately 10 minutes to reach the station.
