Chantal and Jean-Claude warmly welcome you as their friends to their luxurious air-conditioned villa. The villa boasts a swimming pool available from April to mid-October, a stunning landscaped garden, and a fenced park spanning 6300m². Within the park, you will find various games such as bowling, trampoline, ping pong, gantry, volleyball, and a playground with a carousel and slide for children. Rest assured, the games are supervised by parents at all times.

You have the opportunity to rent the entire property, which includes a four-bedroom villa and additional buildings, for a few weeks during the Parisian school holidays. Linen is provided, and you can contact us to inquire about availability, as we also accommodate our own children and grandchildren.

During the period from September to June, we offer guest rooms for your stay. Our "Cezanne" themed Bed and Breakfast is a spacious 25m² room with an en-suite shower room and a private terrace. It has an independent entrance and can accommodate two extra beds if needed. Additionally, we have a family suite consisting of two rooms, perfect for parents traveling with children. This suite features a large covered terrace and a lounge area in the veranda. Breakfast is included during your stay.

From mid-September to mid-June, you can visit our website to learn more about our offerings. Furthermore, you have access to our shared summer kitchen for preparing snacks. We are more than happy to provide recommendations for restaurants, hiking trails, and tours of Aix en Provence and Marseille. We will even provide you with circuit maps and itineraries for your day trips.

Description for Gite

You can rent the entire property during school holidays or by request, based on availability. The property includes a single-storey villa with 4 bedrooms and a living room equipped with air conditioning. There are also 3 bathrooms and 4 toilets. Inside the house, there is a fully equipped modern kitchen, and outside, there is another fully equipped kitchen in the patio, complete with a barbecue and a plancha. Additionally, there is a pool house with toilets and storage for pool and outdoor equipment.

The highlight of the property is the large swimming pool, measuring 105 m², which features an integrated Jacuzzi blower, water jets, swimming against the current, and a massage nozzle. The pool has a small flat bath area of about 20 m² in the triangular part, with a depth ranging from 1 m to 1.80 m in a gentle slope in its rectangular part. There is also a diamond diving pit with a depth of 1.80 m. Surrounding the pool, there is a small ledge for easy access. The pool heating is provided by solar panels from April to October, resulting in water temperatures ranging from 26 to 30 °C in summer and 20 to 25 °C in spring.

The property sits on a beautiful, planted, and enclosed park spanning 6300 m². The park is adorned with flowers, pine trees, and oak trees, and offers various games for entertainment. Linen is provided for your convenience. The property is secured with an electric gate, equipped with remote control access, and a visophone for added security. The garden is automatically watered.

To ensure the pool and garden are well-maintained, a delegate visits once or twice a week. They perform their duties discreetly. During your stay, our cat, Hérane, will remain on the premises with its food and water supply in the garage. As a shy cat, you may not see much of Hérane unless you coax it.
