This air-conditioned house, measuring 90m², offers 3 bedrooms and is situated in a very peaceful location. The Bédinière, a half-timbered house that has been open since December 2012 and is classified as 3 ears, is a symbol of the Sologne region. It is located just 5km from Chambord Park and is also conveniently close to other famous Loire castles such as Blois, Cheverny, Chaumont, Chenonceau, Amboise, and Beauregard. Guests can enjoy biking through the beautiful Sologne region, with the option to explore the castles by cycling on the Castles Cycling Tours or along the Loire River on the Loire by bike route. The cottage is also near Center Park and the natural beauty of BEAUVAL Zoo in Mont-près-Chambord, where swimming is possible.

Situated on a plot of land 700m away from a typical Solognot town, the cottage is perfect for accommodating 6 people, with the potential to accommodate 8 if needed. There are 3 spacious and independent bedrooms with comfortable beds. Weekend stays are also possible, starting at €250.

On the ground floor, guests will find a dining room with a farmhouse table and a lounge area, complete with a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional guests. There is also a flat-screen TV and characteristic Sologne features such as oak beams and a staircase. The fully equipped kitchen includes new appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor, and fridge-freezer, as well as smaller appliances. The bathroom features 2 natural stone sinks and a large shower, while there is also a separate toilet. One of the bedrooms on this floor has beams and a double bed (160) with a closet.

Upstairs, there is another bedroom with a double bed (160), a wardrobe, and a TV. The third bedroom has 2 beds (90) that can be converted into a double bed (180) and also has a wardrobe. There is another bathroom with a natural stone basin and a toilet on this floor. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the cottage, and a welcome box featuring regional products is offered. Bed sheets are provided free of charge, and towels are provided at a rate of 5 euros per person per stay. Cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee of 50 euros.

Outside, there is a large table with chairs and armchairs, perfect for enjoying meals and drinks in the tranquil shade of the trees. A barbecue is also available for guests to use. Guests can discover the wildlife of the Sologne region, including deer rutting near the cottage and the diverse inhabitants of the ponds. The cottage offers all the charm of the country Raboliot. There is also the opportunity to visit the nearby Loire castles and explore nature, with guided outings available upon request.
