Conveniently located just 5 minutes away from the A6 motorway exit, this haven offers easy access to explore the surrounding area.As you step inside through the independent entrance, you will discover a delightful space consisting of 4 bedrooms, a dining room, and a fully-equipped kitchen. These inviting areas are perfect for creating cherished memories with your loved ones.
The cottage boasts a well-thought-out room distribution, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests. The Régnié bedroom is ideal for families and can accommodate 2 adults and 4 older children. The Cote de Brouilly bedroom, located on the ground floor, is designed to cater to the needs of 3 or 4 individuals with easy accessibility for people with reduced mobility (PRM). Additionally, the Beaujolais and Brouilly bedrooms are perfect for couples and offer the choice of a shower or bath. Lastly, the charming Saint Amour bedroom is designed for 2 people and features a PRM shower.
