Located just 6 km from the gates of Agen, on the outskirts of the village of St-Cirq Colayrac, you will find a beautifully restored character house sitting on a vast 13000m² open park. Marie and Marc Anthoine warmly welcome guests for both short overnight stays and longer visits in their meticulously renovated and thoughtfully decorated home. Spread across 2 levels, the house offers 4 spacious bedrooms, including 2 family rooms and 2 suites, each equipped with a private bathroom and toilet. Guests can enjoy the cozy common room, where a delicious breakfast is served by the crackling fireplace during the winter months. The house also provides a shared kitchen space with convenient amenities such as a fridge, microwave, and hotplates. The atmosphere is one of relaxation and conviviality, with additional features including internet access with a computer and printer (as well as WiFi in the rooms), a selection of books and games, and, during the summer, a lovely garden with hammocks and tranquil areas to unwind. The outdoor terrace and communal pool, measuring 10mx4m and 1.40m in depth with an alarm system, are perfect for enjoying the sunny season. For guests interested in cycling, Marc-Antoine, an avid cyclist, can offer expert advice on scenic routes and canal paths to explore. Directions
After passing the sign for "Colayrac st Cirq" at the end of the village in the direction of Bordeaux, you will notice a barrier. Around 100m ahead on the right, there is a house. Take the hairpin turn and you will find the entrance just before the radio station "Espoir FM". Look out for the suspended sign that says "Gîte de France" in front of the house.
