The Gite offers a spacious and comfortable lounge area with original stone floor, a cozy woodburner, and a TV/DVD for your entertainment. The separate kitchen/diner is equipped with a cooker, microwave, fridge (including freezer compartment), coffee maker, and toaster. All necessary cooking equipment, utensils, plates, cups, and glassware are provided.

Heading up the stairs from the kitchen/diner, you will find the sleeping accommodations and bathroom facilities. The generously sized double bedroom boasts original stone walls and exposed beams, providing a charming atmosphere. This room can easily accommodate an extra bed or cot while still offering ample space.

The bright and airy shower room features a stone wall and exposed beams, complete with a large shower cubicle, washbasin, heated towel rail, and wc.

Included in the gite is a utility room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for your convenience. Upon arrival, the owners provide a thoughtful welcome basket, as well as fresh garden fruit and vegetables according to the season.

Outside, you can enjoy a sunny patio area with a table and chairs, overlooking the beautifully stocked garden maintained by the owners. It is the perfect spot to relax or enjoy an aperitif before dinner. Sunloungers and a barbecue are also provided for your enjoyment. Please note that this property is non-smoking.

Directions

To reach the house, you can take the D940 road from either Gueret or La Chatre. Once you reach Le Poteau, follow the signs for Genouillac Gare on the D15 road. After driving for about 1km, make a left turn towards Les Mousseaux. The house will be located on the left side at the end of the village.
