Le Gîte du Moulin Brun est niché dans un hameau tranquille entre Saintes et Saint-Jean-d'Angély, à l'intérieur d'un ancien moulin à eau du XVIIIe siècle, entouré d'un vaste parc paysagé de 8000 m².Vous bénéficierez d'un accès indépendant menant à une première terrasse équipée d'un barbecue et d'un salon de jardin. Une seconde terrasse, située à l'avant du gîte, offre une vue imprenable sur les coteaux environnants.
Classé Meublé de Tourisme 3 étoiles, ce gîte de 65 m² est idéal pour accueillir 2 personnes. Il comprend un spacieux séjour avec une cuisine ouverte et entièrement équipée (four pyrolyse, micro-ondes, plaque à induction, cafetière, grille-pain, etc.), ainsi qu'une télévision à écran plat et une connexion Wi-Fi.
La salle de bains est dotée d'une douche à l'italienne, d'une double vasque et de WC. La grande chambre dispose d'un lit de 160 cm, d'une deuxième télévision à écran plat, ainsi que d'une seconde douche et de WC.
Pour votre confort, vous trouverez également un lave-linge et une table à repasser. À votre arrivée, le lit sera fait et le linge de toilette et de table fourni. Il ne vous reste plus qu'à vous installer et à profiter pleinement de votre séjour.
