Description:

Description for B&B:

Welcome to a charming ground-floor living room, adorned with a French oak and poplar ceiling. The room's south-facing orientation is beautifully enhanced by a lime coating tinted with yellow ocher, flooding the space with natural light. The living area seamlessly extends into a small, well-equipped kitchen.

As you enter, you'll notice the staircase and the entire floor are adorned with a hand-painted frieze of autumn leaves, complementing the vintage light red patina.

Upstairs, the bedroom windows offer picturesque views—overlooking a garden to the south and a small pond, orchard, and surrounding woods to the north. The comfortable room features a spacious 180 cm bed, which can be separated into two 90 cm beds upon request, as well as an additional two 90 cm beds. The room covers an area of 21 m², plus an additional 5 m² of hallway space with a cupboard, and a 4 m² shower room with a W.C.

The room's whitewashed walls in soft colors create a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation. You'll appreciate the comfort, the well-appointed kitchen, the high-quality bedding, and the garden views of the Monts du Forez. Experience tranquility at its best!

A large saltwater swimming pool, measuring 16m by 5m, is open from June to September. Featuring an access ramp with a guardrail, it includes a shallow 60 cm deep area, perfect for children.

We welcome guests from early April to mid-November (during school holidays) and offer seasonal pricing:

- Low and mid-season: €448
- June, September, and All Saints’ Day: €532
- July-August: €640
- Weekends: €350 (excluding school holidays)

Directions

Here are the revised travel directions:

Take the A72 motorway and exit at Feurs. Turn left onto the D1089 towards Boën. After crossing over the motorway, take another left towards Poncins. Follow the road into Poncins village. Drive through Poncins and after passing the Town Hall, make a right turn towards Montverdun. Continue for 3.5 km. You'll pass a spot called "Les Perrichons," a farm on the right, and then an area of undergrowth. The house is located just beyond this undergrowth on the right side, and you'll only see it at the last moment. Look for the parking area marked by a “Clévacances” sign on the gate pillar.
