Gîte le Magnolia:Welcome to Gîte le Magnolia! This charming accommodation offers three bedrooms upstairs, including two with a 160x200 bed and one with two 90x200 beds. You'll also find a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen that opens up to a dining area with a table for six people. The kitchen features an electric hob, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. Adjacent to the dining area is a cozy lounge area with two sofas, a coffee table, and a TV. Additionally, there is a Bluetooth speaker and WiFi available. The ground floor also includes a bathroom with a closed WC. Outside, you can relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets on the large terrace, which is adorned with a lovely dry garden. The terrace offers a dining area for six people, three deck chairs, and a BBQ. Privacy is ensured as there are no overlooking neighbors. Guests have access to the shared swimming pool and spa on the estate, which is equipped with a retractable cover.
