Nestled in a lush green environment in Creuse, central France, this charming property is located just 60 km north of Limoges, the international capital of porcelain, and 80 km from Aubusson, the world capital of tapestry.The ground floor of the house features an entrance, a cozy bedroom with a comfortable 140 cm bed, a fully equipped kitchen/dining room, a bathroom with a toilet, and electric heating for your comfort. Upstairs, accessed by an exterior staircase, you will find a TV lounge where you can unwind and relax.
Outside, you can enjoy the beautiful terrace and garden, complete with garden furniture and a barbecue. There is also a car garage available for your convenience. Nature lovers will delight in the nearby opportunities for walks, with a stream just 150 m away and a forest 200 m away. If you enjoy fishing, there is a body of water just 2 km from the house. Additionally, there is an indoor swimming pool, a lake, tennis courts, and various shops all within 8 km.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to savor the flavors of the region, including Limousine meat, Baronnet lamb, chanterelles, Limousin apple, potato pâté, clafoutis, Creusois cake, and black pork.
