This suite includes two bedrooms that can accommodate up to four people.In Leonard's room, you will find a spacious bed measuring 180 cm. Alicia's room features a bed measuring 140 cm, along with an additional corner bed (90x180) suitable for a child under 12 years old.
There is a shared shower room and toilet for your convenience. The suite also includes a cozy living room with a library, a dining area, and an office space.
Additionally, you can enjoy a spacious terrace measuring 40 m². With its independent entrance, you will have the freedom to move around as you please.
Parking is available for you in the secure courtyard, ensuring your safety within the enclosed property.
Breakfast will be served either in the family dining room or on the terrace, depending on the season and weather.

The ground floor features a welcoming living room and a fully-equipped kitchen/dining area, spanning an expansive 36 m². Additionally, a convenient toilet is located on this level. Step out from the kitchen onto a delightful 30 m² terrace, partially covered, overlooking the lush garden. Children will delight in the presence of a porch and slide, ensuring endless hours of playtime.
Moving upstairs, you will discover two charming bedrooms. The first bedroom boasts a generous 20 m² space and is furnished with a luxurious 160-sized bed.
