Set within a beautifully restored half-timbered house from the sixteenth century, these modern and functional studios are ideal for both business and leisure trips.

Parking is readily available, with free spaces located just 50m away, providing easy access to the co-ownership. Our dedicated team is delighted to introduce you to the splendid surroundings, showcasing the cultural and gastronomic treasures of this remarkable region. Immerse yourself in history with visits to Avalleur, where the legacy of the Templars can be explored, or discover the captivating abbey of Clairvaux. The village of Essoyes, beloved by the painter Renoir, and the medieval city of Troyes in Les Riceys are also must-see destinations.
