The apartment is perfectly situated between Bordeaux and the Arcachon Basin, offering easy access to the various vineyards of Bordeaux. Located in the Monsalut area, it is less than 5 minutes away from ponds and scenic walks in the CESTAS Crown forests.The apartment is connected to the main house and is surrounded by beautiful wooded surroundings. Inside, you will find a modern living space with two sofa beds, an 80 cm flat screen TV, a dining area with a table and four chairs, a kitchen area with a sink, a two-plate hob, a multifunctional microwave, a coffee maker, and a kettle. The bathroom, located on the ground floor, includes a shower, sink, and toilet. The upstairs bedroom features a comfortable double bed (140*190), a desk, and a wardrobe. Additionally, a canvas cot can be provided if needed. WiFi internet access is available.
Shared amenities include a washing machine, dryer, plancha, and barbecue. The living room offers a view of the surrounding wooded area, ensuring a peaceful and quiet environment. The apartment is available for short-term vacation rentals, whether for a day or longer.
