Located in a charming village, this beautiful house encompasses 90m2 and sits on a spacious plot of 800m2. Recently restored to its full glory, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 to 8 people.The house boasts a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, and more. A cozy living room with a fireplace and TV provides the perfect space to relax and unwind.
There are two bedrooms in the house. The first bedroom features a 140-bed and a single 90-bed, while the second bedroom offers another 140-bed and a single bed. A baby cot and highchair are also available for families with young children.
A bathroom and separate toilet complete the accommodations.
For added convenience, breakfasts are provided in the kitchen.
Children under 2 years of age stay for free.

Take the A13 motorway towards Rouen and exit at 18 Louviers. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of all amenities and the train station, approximately 1 kilometer away from the 1st KM stone or Vauvray Reuil Val. It is only a one-hour drive from Paris and Deauville, and just 30 minutes from Rouen.
