This charming gîte has been beautifully converted from a former stable and offers complete privacy from the adjacent mill. It boasts a south-west facing orientation and features a spacious terrace that is perfect for soaking up the sun.

Situated between a 15th century manor-house and the tranquil Vaudelle trout stream, this gîte offers a picturesque setting. Inside, you will find all the modern conveniences and amenities needed for a delightful stay, including a dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, washer, and dryer. For year-round comfort, the gîte is equipped with gas-fired underfloor heating and a cheerful double-sided fireplace that can be enjoyed from both the kitchen and dining room.

Adding to the charm of this property, we have constructed a bridge over the river, providing access to our expansive "park". Spanning two acres of land, our park is adorned with approximately 600 trees and offers a serene riverside pathway for leisurely strolls.

Directions

We are located in the center of a triangle formed by the cities of Alençon, Mayenne, and Le Mans.

If you are coming from Paris, you can take the A10/11 motorway and exit at "Le Mans Nord," which will take you less than 2 hours. From there, it will only be a 45-minute drive to reach us.

If you are traveling from Great Britain, you have convenient options to reach us. You can take the ferry from Caen or St Malo, both of which are less than 2 hours away. Alternatively, you can use the tunnel.

For those arriving at Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport, there are direct trains to Le Mans, which usually take around 1 hour and 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Le Mans, you can easily rent a car at the station. Additionally, you can also consider checking the Rennes or Tours airports for possible connections.
