The dining area comfortably accommodates 16 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an American refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. Additionally, there is a laundry room and a gaming room with a table tennis table.
Outside, there is an additional kitchen with hotplates and a barbecue for your outdoor cooking needs. Two terraces are available for your dining pleasure. The swimming pool, measuring 12 meters by 6 meters, has a depth of 0.80 meters and is secured by an alarm and barrier. There is also an outdoor shower.
