La Maison des Lys is a Maison de Maître, a merchants house constructed in 1817. It is conveniently located just 200 meters from the town square in Valence sur Baïse, a charming bastide village that dates back to 1274. The house sits atop a bluff overlooking the River Baïse, and it is only 8 km away from Condom, a town famous for its Armagnac market.Within a short drive from La Maison des Lys, guests will find a plethora of historical sites, wineries, and picturesque towns and villages. Our accommodation offers four spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a modern and stylish bath or shower room. Most mornings, guests can enjoy a delightful breakfast on the east-facing terrace in the gardens, which is built into the town's ramparts. The breakfast spread includes options such as orange juice, cereals, farm-fresh boiled eggs, crusty French bread baked by Valence's artisan bakers, croissants, pains au chocolat, creamy butter, and homemade jams. To kickstart the day, guests can savor a cafetière of coffee, a pot of tea, or a cup of hot chocolate.
