The kitchen is equipped with an American-style electric gas cooker, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and a shared washing machine.The upper level consists of 60 square meters and features a bedroom with four beds and a rustic-style bedroom with two beds. The bathroom has two sinks, a shower, and a toilet. Additionally, there is a spacious area that can be used as a relaxation spot.
Outside, there are various amenities such as children's play structures including swings and a slide, a petanque court, a table tennis table, and a swimming pool with a Zodiac dinghy measuring 5.50 meters in diameter and 1.20 meters in height.
There is also a 65 square meter garage available.

Travel between Angers and Le Mans in the Country of the Loire. It is located 20 minutes north of Angers.
Directions:
1. Head towards Le Mans and Paris, taking exit b (Briollay, Tierce).
2. Drive through Briollay and continue to Tierce.
3. At the exit of Tierce, turn left towards Etriché.
4. In Etriché, follow the signs for Morannes.
5. In the village of Bours, you will come to an intersection with a Calvary. "La vieille forge" shelter is located to the right of this intersection, at the bottom of a courtyard. Look for the signboard of my husband's workshop, "Atelier de la cithare."
