Each house has a total area of 130m², spread across the ground and first floors, providing comfortable accommodation for 6/7 people.Upon entering, you will find a spacious lounge area measuring 45m², complete with an attractive inglenook fireplace and a cozy wood burning stove. The lounge also includes a dining area, a lounge suite, and a color television.
The house features a fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room, featuring modern amenities such as a dishwasher and a microwave.
For added convenience, there is a shower room/WC that also includes a washing machine.
Moving upstairs, you will find three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with a 140 cm x 190 cm bed each, while the third bedroom has two 90 cm x 190 cm beds. Additionally, there is a cot and a spare single bed available.
One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom/WC, which is shared with the other double bedroom.
Outside, there is a private patio area equipped with garden dining furniture and sun loungers, allowing you to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
Furthermore, guests have access to the expansive garden, which includes a 10 x 5 m swimming pool and a jacuzzi. This garden area is shared among all the houses.
