The rental available is for either one or two bedrooms located on the first floor of a countryside villa, positioned between a picturesque lake and stunning mountains. As a guest, you will have exclusive access to the entire upstairs area.The rental includes the following amenities:
- One designated parking spot at no extra cost.
- A charming bedroom complete with a balcony, a comfortable 140 cm bed, a table, an armchair, and storage space.
- A versatile bedroom that can be configured with either two 80 cm beds or one 160 cm bed.
- A private bathroom equipped with a toilet, a washbasin, and a bathtub/shower combination.
- A cozy relaxation area featuring a library, a sofa, and a rocking chair.
The kitchen, living room, dining room, and terraces are communal spaces that will be shared with the homeowners.
Fresh linens will be provided, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The Gerbaix house is conveniently located near various major cities and highways. It can be reached within a short distance from the A43 Lyon-Chambéry motorway toll, taking only 5 minutes. Additionally, it is only a 20-minute drive from both Chambéry and Aix les Bains, and 35 minutes from Annecy. For travelers coming from Lyon, Grenoble, or Geneva, the Gerbaix house can be reached within 60 minutes.
To arrive at the Gerbaix house, take exit 12 "lac daiguebelette" on the A43 Lyon-Chambéry. Proceed to completely cross the village of Novalaise, heading towards Yenne. At the exit, you will come across a small chapel, and you should take the first road on the left underneath it. Continue on the D40 road for approximately 1.6 kilometers, following the signs for Gerbaix and Saint Pierre D'Alvey. Finally, you will find the Maison de Gerbaix on the right side.
