This house is located in the rural areas of Almudévar, near Zaragoza and Huesca, accessible by highway. It offers excellent conditions for relaxation and disconnection, and serves as a convenient starting point for visits to the Expo, Zaragoza, Sierra de Guara, Pyrenees, Los Monegros, and other tourist attractions in the provinces of Huesca and Zaragoza. The house has 3 bedrooms which are available for use, and guests will be sharing the house with the owners who are well-versed in the knowledge of both provinces and will gladly provide advice and recommendations.

The large room is equipped with two beds, a recessed cabinet, desk, chair, and television, spanning across 14 square meters. The small room features two beds and a wardrobe, occupying 10 square meters. The shared bathroom covers an area of 6 square meters, serving all 3 rooms. Additionally, the attic is a spacious area of almost 30 square meters, offering a television, stereo, bed, couch, books, magazines, ample natural light, and a peaceful atmosphere. If unoccupied, the attic also serves as a lounge. Guests are welcome to share the living room and kitchen with the owners.
