Welcome to Villa "Les Palmiers". Originally the residence of the estate steward, this charming villa has undergone a complete renovation, resulting in a tastefully furnished and modern space. With a generous size of 82m2, this villa offers all the amenities you need, including a private parking space and a delightful garden. Inside, you will find two comfortable bedrooms, one equipped with a standard double bed (140x190cm) and the other featuring a luxurious king-size bed (180x200cm). The villa also boasts a cozy lounge, a fully equipped kitchen with a convenient breakfast bar, a modern bathroom with a refreshing shower unit, and a separate WC. Additionally, there is a lovely veranda that doubles as a dining area, as well as a terrace, a barbecue area, a laundry room, and air conditioning to ensure your utmost comfort.As a tenant of Villa "Les Palmiers", you will have access to shared facilities such as the tennis courts and the refreshing swimming pool. By car: Take the motorway A9 and then follow route nationale N116 from Perpignan. Upon reaching the entrance of Prades, continue towards Prades centre and cross Prades following the sign for Hôtel de Ville. Once on the route de Ria (a long straight road with plane trees on the left side), drive for about 200m and then make a left turn into a narrow road located between the Senioriales and the Hôtel de Ville.
From Andorra: Take N116 to the entrance of Prades. After passing the Lidl supermarket, make a right turn and continue for 500m before turning right into a small road.
By plane: The closest airport to Castell Rose is Perpignan, which is approximately a 30-minute drive away. Gerona airport is also an option, located about 1 hour and 30 minutes away.
By train: The Prades station is only 1 km away from Castell Rose and has connections with main train lines in Perpignan.
