This gîte is situated on the first floor of a farmhouse dating back to 1792, located in a tranquil village in the scenic Valley of the Zorn. The accommodation features a comfortable Room1 with a double bed, a Room2 with two single beds, a cozy living room with a TV, a well-equipped kitchen including a microwave and dishwasher, a practical shower room, and toilets. Linen is provided, and central heating is included in the rental. The beds will be made for your arrival, ensuring a hassle-free check-in experience.Outside, guests can enjoy a closed courtyard, a spacious green area, and a sheltered space with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining. Additionally, there is a Ping-Pong table and a car park available. For communication needs, there is a telephone with a prepaid card provided by France Telecom, and internet access is also possible.
The gîte is part of a historical stud farm from the 18th century and has been decorated in the charming style of Alsace. The property spans over 2000 m² and includes the main house, outbuildings, a large courtyard, a beautiful lawn with an ornamental pond, and a garden. To reach the gîte, follow these travel directions: Take exit 46 on autoroute A4 and turn left towards Schwindratzheim. Upon entering the village, make a right onto the first street. Continue along the street of the church for approximately 250 meters, and you will find the gîte on your right.
