Property description:This fully furnished house is located on the first floor, offering complete independence. It is surrounded by a beautiful countryside and is close to the owners' residence and other local amenities. The spacious living area faces both the south and east, providing plenty of natural light.
The first floor includes a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. The living room is generously sized, featuring two sofas, one sofa bed (140cm), an armchair, a fireplace, TV, and a Hi-fi system. There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm) and two with twin beds (90cm each). The bathroom includes a bathtub, shower, and a toilet.
In the basement, you will find a washing machine and a table tennis room. The garden (130m²) includes outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Additional amenities include a mobile phone card and wifi access. The house is heated by oil-fired central heating, with a cost of 1.00 per liter. Firewood is kindly provided. Electricity usage beyond 8 kWh per day will be charged at a rate of 0.08 per kWh.
Bed linen, house towels, and bathroom towels can be provided at a cost of 8 per person. A cleaning service at the end of your stay can be arranged for a fee of 45. A refundable deposit of 250 is required.
The rental price includes water, cooking gas, and 8 kWh of electricity per day. However, heating and electricity usage beyond 8 kWh per day are not included in the price. Renting sheets, linens, and towels, as well as cleaning services, are also not included.
