Experience the tranquility of the countryside with our unique offerings. While we don't have TV, we do provide WiFi for your convenience. Instead of modern technology, you can immerse yourself in a vast 12,000 sqm park filled with majestic trees that are over 100 years old. Depending on the season, you may even catch a glimpse of rabbits playfully exploring our garden, a shy deer, ducks, pheasants, or our migratory stork.Our fully restored building offers two private and comfortable bedrooms. Enjoy a delicious breakfast in our shared room, or if you prefer, take in the beauty of the park from our terrace or shaded lawn.
Don't worry about feeling isolated here. We are located less than 15 minutes away from the stunning beaches of the Côte de Jade, and you can also explore the scenic Loire region by bike. For the more adventurous, Saint-Viaud boasts a unique water lift, a rare attraction in Loire-Atlantique.
As locals, we are well-versed in the history of the region and can provide you with valuable insights. Whether you're looking for tourist routes, family-friendly parks, or recommendations for dining and drinks, we've got you covered.
Our room rates are affordable: 60 per night for 1 or 2 people, and 75 for two people with a child under 12 years old. We also offer discounts of 55 and 70 for stays of three nights or more. Please note that the bed width is 80 cm, so the child's size matters more than their age.
Rest assured that our guest rooms comply with all legal requirements, and our prices include a homemade breakfast, linens, duvets, and towels.

Excellent accueil
Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans les chambres d'hôtes des trois étangs en avril 2019. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil remarquable de la propriétaire. Les chambres sont très agréables et calmes. Nous recommandons.
