We have a spacious room that can accommodate up to 3 guests. It includes a comfortable bed (160x200) and a single bed (90x190), both with fresh sheets provided. We also offer amenities for families with infants, such as a crib, high chair, and baby changing mat. The room features a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. There is also a large closet for your convenience.Our former stables have been converted into a 45m2 living space, which includes a kitchen, a bathroom, and a sleeping area. The sleeping area consists of a sofa bed and a single bed, both with linens provided. The kitchen is equipped with essential household supplies, including a ceramic hob, a microwave, and kitchenware. You will also find a dishwasher, a fridge, an iron, and an ironing board. For your entertainment, there is a TV and WiFi access.
We offer breakfast options for our guests staying in the apartments.
Our rates for bed and breakfast are as follows:
- €65 for one person, including breakfast for one night
- €80 for two persons, including breakfast for one night
- Children up to 12 years old can stay for €25 per night, including breakfast
- Children under 2 years old stay for free.

Welcome to our charming converted barn, located in an old farmhouse in Rouen. The "Eure Cottage and Barn" offers two fully restored apartments, each with their own entrance and situated in a common courtyard with four other apartments. These apartments, the House and Guest Room, have sizes of 80m2 and 100m2 respectively, making them perfect for accommodating families or small groups of 2 to 12 people.The House apartment, dating back to 1873, is a spacious suite that is sure to impress. It features a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a private shower room and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a lounge area with an additional single bed. It also has its own private terrace. We provide amenities such as a cot and high chair for families with young children.
Our Guest Room, which has been awarded a 3-key rating by Clévacances and a 3-star accreditation by the prefecture, is available for one-night stays, weekends, or week-long visits. It offers a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom with a massaging shower jet, a separate toilet, and a utility room with a washing machine, dryer, and freezer. The spacious former stables area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a lounge area with a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests.
Both apartments are equipped with modern amenities, including a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, cutlery, kitchenware, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, TV, and WiFi. Linens are provided for the beds, and we offer the option to reserve a cot, high chair, and baby changing mat free of charge.
Please note that upon arrival, a security deposit of €500 and a cleaning fee of €150 will be required. Rental charges include 8 kW of electricity per day and water, with any excess electricity usage being an additional charge. We also offer towel rentals at €5 per person. If you prefer, we have a cleaning service available for €150.
The "Barn" duplex apartment is located on the first floor above the "Eure Team" gite. It features three bedrooms, a sleeping area with a sofa bed for two, a fully equipped kitchen, two toilets, a bathroom with a shower, sink, and changing table, and a living room with a cathedral ceiling. The apartment also has its own utility room with a washing machine and dryer.

To reach the destination from Paris via A13, take exit N° 18 (Louviers) and head towards the Arch Bridge. Continue for 5 miles and then make a right turn towards St Vauvray stone. Drive across the bridges in the village and turn left at the end of the street. The destination will be the 3rd house on the right.
