This luxurious guest apartment has undergone careful modernization to provide two rooms that offer top-notch comfort. The original elements, such as the preserved terrazzo floors, serve as a reminder of the house's signature art deco style. During your stay, whether it's for a night or a longer period, you'll have the pleasure of enjoying the facilities and thoughtful touches created by Alain and Pascal, the owners, who have designed them with your comfort and relaxation in mind.

Situated on a dedicated floor exclusively for guests, the apartment consists of a spacious living room with an open kitchen. The living room is bright and inviting, equipped with a SmartTV, Chromecast, and Canal+ channels. You'll also have access to a balcony-terrace that faces the sunny South-East. The apartment features two bedrooms: one with a double bed, ensuite bathroom, and separate toilet, and another with two twin beds and its own bathroom and separate toilet. Each room is equipped with a TV, Bluetooth speaker, and a desk. Additionally, we provide four bikes, two of which have electric assistance, allowing you to explore the surroundings at your leisure.
