Welcome to the vacation home "Bec des Etagnes" located in the charming hamlet of Bleusy, just 1.8 km outside of Haute-Nendaz in Switzerland. This ancient and typical Valais farmhouse offers a unique and authentic experience, surrounded by stunning mountain scenery at an elevation of 1400 m above sea level.

The chalet has a living space of 65 m2 spread over 2 levels and can accommodate up to 5 people. The kitchen is equipped with a 210 l fridge, a 3-pl. electric stove with an oven, a 200 l boiler, and all necessary kitchenware including a coffee machine, fondue set, and raclette oven. The cozy living room features a corner seat with a dining table, a club counter, closets, carpeted floors, and a radio. The satellite TV provides channels from Astra and Hotbird antennas.

The chalet has two bedrooms. The first bedroom on the ground floor has two single beds and a closet, while the second bedroom on the first floor has one single bed and one double bed. Please note that the attic floor is accessed via an open wooden staircase. Bedding including a molleton, blanket, bedspread, and pillow is provided, but guests are required to bring their own bed linens and towels. Alternatively, bedclothes and bathclothes can be rented for a fee.

The chalet is heated with communal water supply from Nendaz and electricity usage will be charged based on usage (meter reading). A visitor's tax is applicable at a rate of CHF 2.50 per adult and CHF 1.25 per child (6 to 16 years old) per night.

The final cleaning is the responsibility of the guest, however, cleaning services can be arranged for a fee of CHF 100.-. The start of the lease term is on Saturdays and the minimum lease term is 1 week (7 days). Guests are required to complete a self-service check-in with a document of acceptance. A deposit of CHF 200.- is also required, and please note that smoking is prohibited in the house area. Pets are allowed upon request.

The chalet is conveniently located just 150 m from the Post-Bus-Stop "Chapelle du Bleusy" and the Hotel/Restaurant "Auberge du Bleusy". A ski bus operates every 30 minutes during the winter season, providing easy access to the Nendaz or Siviez ski areas. Families can enjoy a tax reduction on ski lift subscriptions. In the summer season, the area offers excellent hiking opportunities in the beautiful southern part of the canton Wallis.
