UPON ARRIVAL: MANDATORY RECEPTIONIST PACKAGE 175 - This package includes a dedicated receptionist who will ensure a smooth check-in process and provide essential supplies such as dishwasher products and toilet paper. They will also inspect the condition of the premises upon your arrival and departure. Additionally, all beds will be prepared for a comfortable sleep experience, offering hotel-like comfort with high-quality cotton bed linens for weekly rentals or disposable linens for weekend rentals. Furthermore, each bathroom/shower room will be equipped with 2 tea towels and 3 bath towels for your convenience.Description for Gite
Sleeping: The studio can accommodate 1 sofa bed for 2 people, 1 comfortable fireside chair for 1 person, and a comfortable folding bed for one person. For Christmas 2014, there is a new layout which includes a bedroom with a double bed, an alcove with 2 bunk beds, a bathroom with shower and washbasin, and a separate toilet. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with 2 pullout sofas that can comfortably accommodate 2 people each (it is recommended to use only one of the stowaways). On the upper floor, there is a mezzanine with a comfortable single bed and a bed pouf (which has a comfortable mattress but is narrower, suitable for a child). There is also a bedroom for 2 people with a washbasin and bidet, a bedroom for 2 people with an additional folding bed, and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a baby bed. We provide complete baby equipment including a small bathtub, changing table, park, high chairs, booster seat, toilet reducer, small pot, and stair barriers for both up and down. Upon request, we can also provide a park and baby highchair.Common access: There is a boiler room and technical room containing all appliances such as fondue, raclette, table grill, and waffle iron. The large balcony offers the opportunity to dine in front of the Mont Blanc and can accommodate up to 16 people.
Outside: In the summer period, there is a barbecue (new as of 09/2017), and a table with adjoining benches that can seat up to 16 people. During the winter, there is superior parking available, and in the summer, there is the possibility of lower parking. The garage is reserved for the owners.

Super chalet
Nous avons loué le chalet pour une fête de famille et avons tous (15 personnes) été ravi: le chalet est super équipé avec du matériel de très grande qualité, il est très joliement décoré et vraiment très confortable. De plus il bénéficie d'une très belle vue sur le Mont-Blanc. Un petit ruisseau au fond du jardin... Idéal!
Directions
To reach St Gervais, you have several transportation options. By plane, the closest airports are Geneva or Lyon. If you prefer to travel by train, you can take the TGV from Paris to Le Fayet, which is only 4 kilometers away from the cottage. If you prefer driving, you can take the motorway from Paris, which takes approximately 6 hours. Once you reach the cottage, you will find a convenient transportation option called TAD. By obtaining a weekly tourist office card, you can use the TAD service to easily reach the ski resort and other areas in town. Additionally, there is a free minibus available for transportation to the ski resort.
