Welcome to The Fifth of Rooms for Rent by Malu. Located just a 5-minute drive from Pantano de Alarcón, you can enjoy the man-made beach with sand, perfect for water sports and spending the day.
The Fifth of Malu is a three-story house with six rooms. It features 3 double rooms and 3 suites, all equipped with TV, some with shower and fireplace, heating, and individual bathrooms. The charming decoration, stone walls, and wooden beams that are over 400 years old make this a delightful place to enjoy.
The upstairs rooms are more basic but charming, with double and attic rooms. On the first floor, you will find suites with two rooms, a bedroom and living area, furnished with a four-poster bed and an extra single bed. The antique furnishings and exquisite decoration create a cozy corner where you can relax.
The ground floor of the house, known as "Grandpa Felix winery," is worth a special mention. It offers a peaceful space for reading and listening to music, a spacious dining room with a stone fireplace, and a unique vaulted cave with a well and six arms. Among its century-old wooden beams and stones, you will find objects that tell the history of Visigoth Roman times, preserved for everyone to enjoy.
We serve breakfast from 8 to 10:30 am, offering a wide selection of typical local products. Lunch and dinner are available upon request in "Grandpa Felix winery," where you can taste the rich and elaborate cuisine of Cuenca, including morteruelo, ajoarriero, Partridge, zarajos, gazpacho pastor, and more.
