Location: The port of Paimpol is only a 5-minute drive away, and there is a forest nearby that is perfect for hiking, horseback riding, and mountain biking. The beautiful beach and estuary of Trieux are just 3 km away, and the boat to the island of Bréhat is a quick 10-minute trip. Other nearby attractions include Tréguier, the departmental park of the castle of Roche Jagu, and the pink granite coast, all within 20 minutes. There are also many stunning beaches in the area, such as Paimpol, Loguivy, Brehec, and Ploubazlanec, as well as various points of interest like Beauport Abbey, the GR 34 circuit, the groove Talbert, and remarkable gardens.For those interested in exploring further, St Malo, Brest, and Rennes are all within a 1.5-hour drive.
This recently built house has a wooden frame and is fully equipped. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room (35 m2) with a combined living and dining area, open kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster), as well as a cloakroom and toilet. The large bay window opens up to a south-facing terrace (20 m2) and a garden surrounded by picturesque wooded slopes. The house also offers computer access, internet via WiFi, and outlets for CPL devices.
Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a double wardrobe, and a large desk. Another bedroom features a "coin" bed (120 cm), a single bed, and a wardrobe. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, storage cabinets, and towels. Additional sleeping arrangements can be made with a sofa/bed and a baby bed.
Outside of the high summer season, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required, while full weeks from Saturday to Saturday are preferred during peak times. Water and electricity usage will be charged based on meter readings (approximately 20€ per week for 4 people with average consumption).
Well-behaved and leashed dogs are welcome, as long as they are calm and clean. Please note that there are cats and horses in close proximity.

There is also a convenient cloakroom and a WC on this level.The living room features a large bay window that opens up to a sunny terrace, perfect for outdoor relaxation. The terrace overlooks a beautiful south-facing garden with a lawn surrounded by wooded slopes, creating a peaceful and scenic environment. For your convenience, there is also a computer with internet access provided via WiFi and CPL outlet.
Moving upstairs, you will find two bedrooms. The first bedroom includes a comfortable double bed (140 cm), a spacious double wardrobe, and a large office space. The second bedroom features a unique "coin" bed (120 cm), a single bed, and a wardrobe for storage. Additionally, there is a well-appointed bathroom with a shower, sink, cupboards, and towels provided.
Extra sleeping arrangements can be made with a sofa bed and a baby bed available upon request.
