The first floor has two bedrooms, with the option of providing a cot for children up to 4 years old. There is also a bathroom with a bath/shower and toilet. Additional services offered include the rental of bed linen and towels. The cost for bed linen is 7.50 euros per person per week, while towels are also available for 7.50 euros per person per week. Breakfast can be arranged upon request, but only on Sunday mornings. A deposit of 100 euros is required, and a cleaning fee of 35 euros will be charged upon departure.
